Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided through enkolaysms.com and its subdomains (such as onay.enkolaysms.com), operated by Velmut Digital Solutions Ltd. The company is registered in England and Wales under Company No: 16994019, with its registered office at Suite 10446, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG.

1. Nature of Digital Services

All services offered on enkolaysms.com are digital in nature and are delivered instantly upon order confirmation. These include one-time SMS or mobile verification services. Once an SMS code is successfully delivered, the service is considered fully rendered.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers lose the right to cancel once a digital service has been fully performed. Therefore, no refunds apply after successful delivery.

2. Failed Transactions and Automatic Refunds

If the purchased number fails to receive an SMS code or if a transaction is marked as “failed,” the corresponding service fee will be automatically refunded to the user’s account as enkolaySMS balance without any deductions.  If you choose to have your refund processed to your bank card, the refund will only be issued to the bank card used for the payment.

This balance can be used for future purchases on any other service or country within the enkolaySMS platform.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

When the SMS verification code has been successfully received
When the user selects the wrong service or country
When the code is entered incorrectly or after it expires
When the user closes the verification page or loses internet connection during processing
When issues occur on the third-party platform (e.g., app-side technical failures)
enkolaysms.com only ensures SMS delivery to the user’s provided number. Any issues arising after successful delivery (such as platform refusal or account suspension) are beyond our responsibility.

4. Cancellation Rights and Time Frame

Users may cancel their order within 20 minutes if no SMS code has been received by clicking the “Cancel” button on the orders page. In such cases, the full amount will be automatically refunded to the user’s enkolaySMS balance.

After the 20-minute period, if the SMS still has not arrived, the system will automatically cancel the order and return the balance to the user’s account.

5. Refund Process and Support

All refunds are processed automatically by our system. Users requiring additional assistance may contact our support team at info@velmut.com.

All inquiries are reviewed within 48 hours, and a response will be sent via email.

6. Currency and Taxation

Payments may be processed in GBP, USD, or TRY. Invoices are issued on behalf of Velmut Solutions Ltd, and applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) are included or excluded as stated on the payment page.

7. Legal Basis

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. For users located in the Republic of Türkiye, this document also satisfies the disclosure requirements under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
